Players can change their customization at any time. These options are also shown at the start of every new game, allowing the player to customize their look before launching. In the menu, the player may change their suit, palette, visor, hat, mask, and emotes. Players can access the Customization menu by going to the menu and clicking the Star icon. Customization options can be unlocked in various ways, such as getting them by earning achievements, during Limited Time Events, or purchasing from the EXO Outfitters in-game shop.
