The bartender even created a drink for my wife called The Veronica!! Secondly, the front desk recommended a driver to ensure that we had reliable transportation throughout our visit. We had the best tacos, omelets, and cocktails during our visit. We had dinner and breakfast at the on-site restaurant.

The staff escorted us to the front desk, where the desk staff promptly provided us with the keys to the room and a complimentary upgrade (mountain view) along with additional incentives such as cocktails, breakfast, and Starbucks coffee. We arrived around 9:30 PM and were greeted immediately by staff as soon as we exited our Uber. Before arrival, I was sent information to check in and obtain my mobile key one day before arrival. It was my wife and son's first time visiting Phoenix-we were in Phoenix for my doctoral commencement. Greetings, My family and I stayed at The Camby Autograph Collection for 3 days and 2 nights. Would highly recommend The Camby for a business or leisure stay in Phoenix! … Huevos Rancheros for breakfast was deliciously hot loved the craft cocktails and Carne Asada Tacos. Lots of restaurants and shopping right across the street but we chose to keep our meetings at Artizen the lobby restaurant & bar. The Biltmore location was convenient both for the airport and the business we had downtown.

Once you opened the curtains, the windows perfectly framed the Camelback Mountains - what a sight to see. Room was well appointed with a cool decor the bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the reflective scripture on the ceiling. I’m recognition of my Platinum status with the Marriott Bonvoy program, I got a complimentary upgrade to a Summit View Room on a high floor. Picked The Camby for our short business stay and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice as we truly enjoy the unique vibe and stellar service at the Autograph Collection properties and The Camby met and exceeded our expectations. NEVER EVER would i recommend such horrible treatment and service so please think twice before staying here.… And they wouldn't show me the footage or a picture because they know 100000% they are at fault. Hotel didn't wanna take any responsibility they said the valet they use is 3rd party and valet just laughs it off and does nothing either. I asked to go see the garage where it was parked they told me i couldn't. I said look in the garage you said you have cameras he said in your spot we don't have cameras. I asked hotel manager Zachary Sporbert look at the cameras from check in time you will see there was no damage he said i did look at the videos and he said that day it was to bright and car was shiny and cant tell.

That was all a joke they just dismissed the claim saying worker said it was there. I asked them to pull up the camera and file a claim.

They respond saying that was there i said oh no it wasn't because just 4 min before that we took a picture of the car to send to our son because he's into BMW. We turned in our rental car at check in two hours later we wanted to go out we get our car from valet with a HUGE damage on the car. First off this hotel ONLY has valet you can not park your own car you have to use valet. We came here from 6/3-6 for my husbands birthday weekend that turned into a nightmare and a big headache. Please BEWARE!!!! Save your money and big headache from this place.
